We Do Not Market or Sell Your Information/
MobileSphere does not sell or market contact information about our customers. In other words, we will not sell or market to any third-party your name, phone number, email address or contact information. MobileSphere also does not use internally, nor does it sell or market, our customers’ phone numbers. We will not use, sell or market to any third-party the telephone numbers you dial.
MobileSphere may contact you when you initially use our service, and may periodically contact you as a courtesy to ensure your experience is as good as it can be and to provide you with service updates. We will provide an opt-out method if you choose to stop receiving updates.

In order to process your payments, MobileSphere may provide your billing information to our third-party payment processing vendors such as PayPal, Stripe, and other electronic payment processing gateways such as credit card companies.

If you give SLYFONE app explicit permission to access your phone contacts, the app will only access the contacts on your phone for specific purposes. We DO NOT collect, transfer, or store any of your phone contacts to an external server or database under normal circumstances. Your phone contacts never leave your phone unless it is necessary to facilitate a call or message.
When you make a call or send a message, the app may temporarily send the contact number to our database to forward the call or message to the recipient. This process is essential for facilitating the communication.
Use of Personal Information/
Your personal information is primarily used to deliver our services. This includes facilitating payment processing, for which we might share your billing information with third-party payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, and credit card companies. We may also reach out to you for service updates and to ensure an optimal user experience. You will always have the option to opt-out of these communications.

Share SLYFONE/
If a user decides to use our referral tools to inform a friend about our website, service, or a special promotion, MobileSphere requests you provide the friend's phone number or email address to send out this specific information. MobileSphere does not reuse this information to market to the friend/recipient. Attachments are strictly forbidden and you expressly agree not to add any attachment to any correspondence send via the MobileSphere website. You also agree that you will not use these tools for any other purpose but to share this MobileSphere service with others.

How to Request: Users can delete accounts at any time by accessing the delete function from https://slyfone.com/app/dashboard. The user can also delete the account from the app from Profile -> My Account -> Delete. Once a request is verified, Slyfone will initiate the deletion process within 5 minutes.
Legal Requirements: We may retain certain personal data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations.
Anonymized Data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot be linked back to any individual may be retained for analytical purposes.
